feat: Add iidx soundbank hook
> mockup using MF decoder (which by itself is broken, it seems) > working .s3p unpacking and .2dx packing > use avs filesystem (read only) > soundbank patching disabled (missing some logic) > unity games may be broken (linker) > related to #1
