## Description of change
On some Win11 systems,
`CoCreateInstance(CLSID_DirectSoundI3DL2ReverbDMO)` started to fail with
`ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND` instead of `REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG` for some reason.
