  Added mixed squads for West Germany - now more variety in uniforms and kits

  • Machinegunners, HATs and LATs now come with assistants
  • Uniforms and primaries now vary between 80s and 90s, all in a mixed squad (this will be changed later to monolithic 80s or 90s squads with a randomizer picking one or the other)
  • Guerrilla fixes
  • Build menu fixes
  • Added chemlight shield to arsenal
